We take the ethical responsibility of fairly negotiating contractual terms very seriously. It's our job to find a win-win agreement that's beneficial for all parties. Upon receiving an offer, I will help you analyze it from the proposed terms to the buyers displayed qualification in securing a mortgage. Once you accept the offer, we will enter into the most hectic phase of selling your home.

Fourth:
This stage is filled with details in ensuring the various home inspections are done within the prescribed period, coordination of closing details, and the title examinations. Further we will be cooperating with the buyer’s agent addressing contingencies and repairs if applicable. We will following up the buyer’s mortgage broker for weekly updates regarding the appraisal, homeowners insurance, and lender loan approval.

Fifth:
Diligently overseeing details of the process will conclude with the arrival of the “big day”-closing day. After you have signed the final paperwork and received your check, we will hand over the keys to the buyers.
