About Jeremiah:
Moving to Tampa Bay four years ago was in a small way a homecoming for Jeremiah who grew up on the coastline of the Arabian Sea in the bustling metropolis of Karachi, Pakistan.
While working at a mortgage company, learning the essentials of residential lending, he became a realtor. Since then he has served clients with greater expertise attributed to understanding all the nuances of the mortgage industry and process in addition to his real estate practice. Today he continues to wear both hats of realtor and mortgage loan officer.
On a Personal Note!:
Jeremiah is known among friends and family as an avid chef, a skill perfected over a lifetime of eating. However he learned spending eight years cooking professionally in a Variety of settings including owning a personal chef catering service. Get-togethers at the Khokhar’s, friends will tell you, is the place to be on the weekends.
A fact few know is Jeremiah worked as music director for three years at a church in Clearwater. Jeremiah plays guitar, percussion, and drums and loves jazz, blues, and gospel. While no longer the director, he plays drums with the band at church every Sunday.
A native of Pakistan; Jeremiah has traveled worldwide with highlights from West Africa, Malaysia, the Philippines, Egypt, and a host of countries throughout Europe. His various encounters with cultures, philosophies, religions, and practices from around the globe has contributed to a broad perspective influencing his world and life view.
Jeremiah along with his wife Katie; a cardiac nurse, and their son Jaden (born 2005) live in Clearwater.
